STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A crash during the early morning rush hour on Monday has caused congestion on the Outerbridge Crossing.
The delays on the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island have created a travel time of about 20 minutes from the Garden State Parkway on Route 440 to the span, according to 511 NY.
The crash occurred around 6 a.m. on the span.
Delays continued around 7:30 a.m., according to 511 NY.
