BUTLER TWP. — A residence in the 100 block of Long Run Road int he Sand Springs community was burglarized and ransacked Saturday night, Butler Township police reported.

Police say an unknown suspect forced their way inside the home and stole items while ransacking the house. The burglary occurred between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Saturday.

Residents in the community are asked to review their home surveillance video or doorbell footage for any suspicious persons or vehicles during that time. A person carrying a gray pillow case is of interest, police reported.
