One of Derbyshire's most treasured towns is preparing to host its grand Victorian Christmas market once more this year, turning a large park into a "festive wonderland".

The year 2025 will celebrate the 30th anniversary of Matlock's cherished Victorian Christmas Market, which commences from the first Friday in December.

With organisers pledging this year's event will be the "biggest and most magical yet", it promises to be an ideal day out for couples both young and old, families with youngsters, and anyone hunting for those elusive Christmas presents.
