The 80-year-old widow of Elvis Presley is now facing sharp accusations in an amended $50 million case that has drawn headlines and heated responses. At the heart of the dispute is a claim that Priscilla was tied to the pressures leading to Elvis’ death, a charge she and her attorney have fiercely denied.

According to court filings, former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko alleged that Priscilla placed a lien on Graceland in April 1977, just months before Elvis’ passing. They argued this move added financial stress to the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll and contributed to his decline. In their updated filing, they accused Priscilla of being a “master of deception” who used the Presley name for her gain.
