MONROE COUNTY, Michigan — A Lambertville man was arrested early Monday morning after deputies say he rammed a patrol car during a pursuit in Raisinville Township.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, dispatch received a call around 3:04 a.m. from someone reporting being chased by another vehicle on Lewis Avenue, north of Ida West Road.

The sheriff's office said a deputy located the suspect’s vehicle, a blue 2002 Chevrolet Silverado, and attempted a traffic stop. According to the sheriff's office, the driver refused to stop and fled south on Lewis Avenue. Deputies said during the pursuit, the driver of the truck stopped, made a U-turn and rammed into the deputy's patrol vehicle before continuing to flee.
