CULLMAN, Ala. ( WAFF ) - A second wrongful death lawsuit has been filed over a deadly boat crash at a fishing tournament on Smith Lake.

Lisa Little filed the suit over her husband’s death in the Cullman County Court on Friday.

She’s suing Major League Fishing, its president, angler Flint Davis, and others for the crash that killed three people in April.

Her wrongful death lawsuit claims negligence.

She’s asking for a trial by jury to determine damages.

The family of Snead Town Councilman Joey Broom previously filed a similar lawsuit.
