MARIONVILLE, Mo. - The City of Marionville tells Ozarks First it is in a dispute with the Marionville School District over at least four projects on school grounds that have outstanding fees or have not had proper inspections.

The projects include work on the baseball field and concession stand, new turf, and a renovated locker room, City Clerk Erica Pierce tells Ozarks First.

The city claims that the school has not complied with scheduled inspections, fees, or with engineers for proper water retention.

"Stop Work" notices were posted outside the new locker room.

The notice on the football locker room door says, "Unlawful continuance of work may result in a fine up to $500 per day. Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate violation." It also says the building cannot be use
