BATAVIA — Notre Dame got off to a fast start to the season Friday night, defeating Warsaw 3-0.

Penny Jo Thompson led the team with six kills. Gianna Falleti added four kills, three assists and eight aces. CJ Campagna provided an all-around night with three kills, two blocks, four aces and eight digs. Luci Zambito chipped in with 10 digs and Amelia Sorochty had eight digs.
