Beyonce and Jay-Z are set to splash out on a mega £18million estate near Jeremy Clarkson . The showbiz couple are in the final stages of owning 58 acres in the star-studded village in the Cotswolds. ‌

The village of Wiggington is near the Clarkson’s Farm presenter and the Beckhams. And the land has clinched planning permission for a “spectacular rural estate”. ‌

Property consultant Owain Jones said the guide price was £7.5m but when the gaff has been built it’s set to “be worth north of £18m”. ‌
