UTICA, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV) -- Meteorologist Jordan Reed has a look at the forecast for the next few days.

If you live in northern Herkimer, Hamilton, Lewis, northern Oneida, Chenango, or Otsego counties, you’ll want to be aware that a frost advisory is in effect from 2 am until 8 am Tuesday. Temperatures will dip down into the low to mid-30s, cold enough for frost to form in valleys and more open areas. That means if you have any sensitive plants outside, make sure they’re covered or brought indoors so they don’t get damaged by the chill.
