WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 31-year-old Watertown man is facing numerous charges after allegedly unlawfully entering a residence and violating an order of protection along with endangering the welfare on an infant was less than a year old.

According to the Watertown Police Department, Wesley Hughes allegedly violated a family court order on Friday when he entered the residence of a protected part that was located on Ohio Street.

Hughes allegedly attacked a man inside of the residence and shoved him onto a bed. This altercation allegedly occurred in front of an infant that was born in May. Authorities said that this created an unreasonable safety risk to the child.

Hughes also allegedly grabbed a 24-year-old woman, who was protected party, by the shirt during the incident. He also alleged
