OMAHA, Neb. —
The man who was taken into custody inside a west Omaha restaurant by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents has reached a plea agreement.
Romeo Edilzar Yaxcal-Tiul pleaded guilty to two of the three charges that he was indicted on, according to court documents.

In June, KETV Investigates obtained video showing a man being taken to the ground inside Early Bird's west Omaha location on June 1. He is cuffed and later can be seen being escorted out of the restaurant.
As the agents approached, Yaxcal-Tiul fled into the restaurant and resisted arrest before being taken into custody, the ICE spokesperson said.
ICE confirmed that he was in the country illegally from Guatemala, working under a fraudulent name and Social Security number.
