LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Gasoline prices are rising in Las Vegas, and even people who know where to find the cheapest station are feeling the pinch.

Gas stations that were selling unleaded for less than $3 per gallon for the past month have raised their prices, too. The lowest price in Las Vegas has climbed 22 cents over the past week, now up to $3.19 per gallon. Those prices come from a GasBuddy survey of 649 stations in Las Vegas.

The average price has increased about 15 cents in that time, now at $3.81 per gallon.

Nevadans pay more than the national average, which stood at $3.16 per gallon as the weekend ended. The statewide average is $3.79, but that's still about 70 cents cheaper than California prices in San Bernardino and Riverside.
