A 48-year-old St. Catharines, Ont. man has been charged after rocks were thrown at moving vehicles in the Niagara Region.
Niagara OPP said they received multiple reports of rocks being deliberately thrown at moving vehicles between June and August on Hwy. 406 between Westchester and Fourth Aves. in St. Catharines, the QEW near Mountain Rd. in Niagara Falls, and Hwy. 58 near Pine St. in Thorold, Ont.
Ammar Al-Zubaidi has been charged with nine counts of mischief endangering life.
