BARRINGTON, N.H. —

People in Barrington are cleaning up after storms over the weekend caused serious damage.

Storms brought down trees and power lines Saturday on Small Road.

Resident Wendy Sturtevant said she got a call about the damage, and when she arrived, the road was closed and firefighters were already there. One firefighter brought her to her heavily damaged home.

"He said, 'The blue one?' I said yes. I said, 'How bad is it?' He said it was pretty bad," Sturtevant said. "So, he came down with me here, and I stood here and wasn't sure what to think. You know, you're in shock."
