There are still too many empty or underutilized historic structures in Buffalo. The Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad Terminal has long been one of those structures.

Very soon, that won’t be true. Passengers will be boarding and alighting from Metro Rail trains in an attractively transformed DL&W Station, complete with public art.
