A convicted sex offender who forced his way into a Niagara elementary school and sexually assaulted staff members has been sentenced to five years behind bars.
Nathan Peddle appeared in Ontario Court of Justice in St. Catharines Monday for sentencing on three counts of sexual assault.
A risk assessment report submitted to court described the 29-year-old man as being a “very high risk” to reoffend.
