CLEVELAND (WJW) - It was a chilly start to the workweek! Temperatures briefly dropped into the 30s in a few spots. The record low in Youngstown on September 8 was almost tied Monday morning. The record is 37 degrees (1986). Here’s a look at Monday morning’s low temperatures:
