MILLER COUNTY, Mo. (KY3) - A Miller County deputy was charged with child sex crimes Monday.

According to court documents, 28-year-old Kyle Carroll, of Eldon, is charged with five counts of child molestation.

The Miller County Sheriff’s Office placed Carroll on administrative leave after his arrest Saturday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Division of Criminal Investigation, is handling the investigation, according to the sheriff’s office.
