A married former New Hampshire Army National Guard recruiter and ex-Madbury Police officer was accused of having sexual relationships with “at least three young” University of New Hampshire students, according to a recently released report.

Jason M. Collins, 42, resigned his full-time recruiting job and his position as a part-time police officer after a 25-year-old UNH student came forward accusing him of having an affair with her for nearly two years. The woman said Collins lied about being married and took not just her, but two other female UNH student National Guard members, on ride-alongs and had sex with them while on duty, according to a report released from the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council (PSTC) after a Right-to-Know request.
