Dishwasher hack solves the most annoying part of unloading, but there's a big catch

Removing clean mugs from the dishwasher only to splash water across the kitchen – and your feet – has to be one of the most annoying parts of owning a dishwasher.

One woman believes she has found the solution for the problem and shared it in a TikTok video that has been viewed 2.9 million times.

However, Carol Lu's "smart dishwasher loading" method has sparked debate about whether the mugs still get clean and if the extra space taken up is worth it.
