The new restaurant set to open in Coventry city centre's former Bistro Pierre has been revealed. Last month, CoventryLive revealed that a new future awaits the large unit in Cathedral Lanes in Broadgate.

Coventry Dining Ltd submitted a new premises licence application to the city council for the prominent Cathedral Lanes unit, which used to be home to the French restaurant chain.

Now it has been revealed what is set to open there - Turkuaz, the family-friendly restaurant. Established in 2005, the restaurant specialises in authentic Turkish cuisine.
