The Taste of Harbor Springs is set to return for its 30th year, offering a variety of local flavors and supporting culinary students.

The event is scheduled for noon to 3 p.m. on Sept. 20 at Marina Park in downtown Harbor Springs, according to a community announcement.

Tickets are $35 if purchased before 5 p.m. on Sept. 15 and $50 after. A VIP package is available for $100, limited to the first 100 guests.

Supporting culinary education

A portion of the proceeds will go toward the Mary Ellen Hughes Culinary Scholarship, which supports aspiring chefs and bakers.

One of the 2024 recipients is Abigail, a recent high school graduate enrolled in the Culinary Institute of Michigan at Baker College.
