A bicyclist was killed when struck by two vehicles in Seneca County on Monday, Sept. 8, according to New York State Police.

The cyclist - a 61-year-old woman - was riding east on Hecker Road in Waterloo around 7:25 a.m., when she was struck by two eastbound vehicles, troopers said. The bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name was not released.

The two other involved drivers - a 49-year-old Geneva woman and a 44-year-old Waterloo woman - both remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation, according to State Police. Troopers said that the two women did not show any signs of impairment.

Troopers continue to investigate the fatal crash.
