YOUNGSTOWN A Cleveland law firm representing a student in a federal civil lawsuit against Ursuline High School is characterizing Monday's announcement from the school as “overdue and incomplete.” The announcement stated that the head football coach has been suspended, and two assistant coaches have been placed on leave.
Subodh Chandra, lead counsel in the federal civil rights lawsuit, issued a statement Monday criticizing the school's handling of the situation.
Ursuline High School had announced that head football coach Dan Reardon was indefinitely suspended and assistant coaches Tim McGlynn and Christian Syrianoudis were placed on administrative leave.
