Fresh after ruling out a run for president Sunday on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” Maryland Gov. Wes Moore announced his bid for re-election.

In a statement released early Tuesday morning, the governor launched his re-election campaign and again lobbed criticism at President Donald Trump, saying:

“While Trump’s reckless policies make everything cost more, we are showing Marylanders from across the state and party lines that there’s a better way forward to make our economy stronger and everyday life more affordable.
