McKenzie Health System, 120 Delaware St., Sandusky, is hosting a free estate planning workshop Oct. 8.

The event, "Estate Planning Basics and the Benefits of Proper Planning," will be held at noon in the back cafeteria of the main hospital building, according to a community announcement.

Attorney Michael Rolando of Biddinger, Schrot & Rolando, PC will lead the session. He will discuss how families can protect themselves and their loved ones through proper estate planning.
