LOS ANGELES -- Actor Raymond Cruz is out of police custody after he was arrested for allegedly spraying water at a group of women.

It happened on Monday outside of his Los Angeleshome.

His agent told our sister station KABC that the women were harassing the "Breaking Bad" actor. They say the women aren't from the area but they called the cops on Cruz.

He was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. Cruz was later released but he has a court hearing next month.

His agent said he has no criminal history and they look forward to clearing his name from the incident.
