Police investigating stabbing on Harewood Road in Northeast DC

WASHINGTON, DC – A man was stabbed Saturday afternoon in Northeast D.C., prompting police to issue a lookout for a masked suspect seen fleeing the area.

The stabbing occurred around 3p.m. on September 6 in the 4300 block of Harewood Road NE. According to investigators, the suspect is described as a slim-build Black male wearing all black clothing, glasses, and a ski mask.

The condition of the victim has not been released, and police have not yet confirmed the motive behind the stabbing.

Authorities are warning the public not to approach the suspect if seen. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 with the event details.
