Turns out it’s all of the above and what may happen to Planned Parenthood with the expected cuts listed in the “One Big, Beautiful Bill,” which aims to block federal funds through Medicaid from going to certain nonprofit reproductive health providers for one year.
This order is meant for providers, which predominantly serve low-income people, who have provided abortions outside of the limited exceptions and who have received a significant amount of Medicaid funding in the past that exceeded $800,000.
