PEPPER PIKE, Ohio -- The Orange Patronaires -- a nonprofit organization that supports band, orchestra, choir and theater programs in the Orange City School District -- will celebrate its 65th anniversary in the coming year.

Patronaires President Debbie Arnold provided an update on the organization’s activities and progress to the Orange Board of Education Monday (Sept. 8).

Arnold said the Patronaires were founded in 1961 “to foster and encourage an interest in music, art and drama among students in the Orange School District.”

“Through membership and some funding efforts, we build community for families and students, and we support meaningful performing arts experiences here at Orange,” she said.
