FARMINGTON — A Farmington community is grieving the loss of 13-year-old Connor Leonard, who was hit and killed while riding his e-bike on Friday afternoon.

The collision happened near 1575 West and 600 South.

People have dropped off flowers, cards and some of Connor's favorite things, like Mountain Dew.

On Friday, Connor was wearing safety gear while riding his e-bike with friends. His aunt Wendy Leonard said they even said a prayer before they set off on their ride.

"His friends are doing everything they can to memorialize him, and to remember him, and to keep him in their thoughts," Leonard said.
