The latest poll of New York City’s mayoral race shows that Democrat Zohran Mamdani is destroying the competition in a four-way race against former governor Andrew Cuomo, current mayor Eric Adams, and Republican Curtis Sliwa. Cuomo and Adams are both running as independents.

The Siena Institute poll , published Tuesday morning, found that 46 percent of likely voters would choose Mamdani, followed by 24 percent who would vote for Cuomo. Sliwa was preferred by 15 percent, and 9 percent chose the scandal-plagued Adams.

Those results are fairly similar to the last Siena poll from August, which showed Mamdani, a 33-year-old Democratic Socialist State Assembly member, leading the field with 44 percent. But the new survey does confirm a theory held by President Donald Trump and other bill
