Canberra dad shares his struggle with grief after the sudden death of his wife

It has been 10 years since Canberra dad Lach Searle lost his wife Bec to sepsis.

Just 48 hours after she arrived in hospital, Bec died suddenly in 2014, leaving him a widow and a single father to two devastated children.

"I mean for me, grief is always with you," Searle tells 9honey.

"There are moments that are present that you think you might want to share with them, that you can no longer share with them."
