What is Prop 308?

Aliento w as founded by Reyna Montoya, a dreamer who was personally affected by not having access to the same educational opportunities as her peers. The Dreamers are students from Arizona who came to the United States as children. The Arizona Dreamers studied hard, listened to their teachers, and followed the rules, but they were not eligible for in-state tuition or public scholarships.
