INGLEWOOD – A man is facing murder charges for allegedly using online dating apps to lure men into robberies that turned fatal.

Rockim Prowell, 34, of Inglewood, was charged with two counts of murder with the special circumstance allegation of multiple murders. He also faces one count of attempted murder, two counts each of carjacking and second-degree burglary and one count of assault with a deadly weapon.
