Police have apprehended a 51-year-old Trenton man -- who officials also claim ran an "illegal dispensary" -- amid allegations that said he sexually assaulted two children, both under the age of 13.

According to police, Rasheen Gaither, 51, of Trenton, New Jersey, has been arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child after he, allegedly, assaulted a child in a store he operates and another in his own home.
