A Tuesday morning crash shut down all but one lane of northbound Interstate 25 in Denver, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
As of 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, most lanes of northbound I-25 were closed between exit 213 for Park Avenue and Interstate 70 in Denver, according to state transportation officials .
Delays jumped from roughly 10 minutes to nearly 30 minutes in the area of the crash just between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m., according to CDOT estimates.
Traffic was backed up for miles south of the crash Tuesday morning, CDOT cameras along I-25 showed.
Information on the cause of the crash, how many vehicles were involved and whether anyone was hurt was not immediately available.
