Cody Schrader has a new home in the NFL.

The storied former Missouri football running back, who rose from Division-II walk-on transfer to the Tigers ’ single-season rushing record holder, has signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars, per a social media post from the team Tuesday morning.

The Jaguars traded former Auburn running back Tank Bigsby to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for fifth- and sixth-round picks in the 2026 NFL Draft. In a resulting transaction, the Jaguars signed Schrader, who was waived by the Los Angeles Rams ahead of the 53-man roster cuts in August but had landed on their practice squad.
