The Pittsburgh Steelers have released wide receiver Lance McCutcheon from the practice squad and signed wide receiver Rakim Jarrett , the team announced.
McCutcheon joined the Steelers after they released Robert Woods a week ago. The team hosted Jarrett for a visit on Friday and subsequently inked him.
A preseason standout, McCutcheon made multiple catches with the second team offense and posted five catches for 66 yards over the three preseason games.
McCutcheon was with the Steelers for multiple weeks during the season on the team’s practice squad. He was released in November.
