An unsettling drawing featured in Jeffrey Epstein’s 50th birthday book creepily shows the notorious pedophile doling out balloons to girls — and then getting massaged by topless young women decades later.

The hand-drawn illustration, which was among the trove of files released by Congress on Monday, showed the late sex offender handing the balloons to the three youngsters back in 1983.

It appears alongside a sexually-charged image that portrays the financier 20 years later lying naked on a lounge chair as he is surrounded by four blondes.
