It's been almost a week since the Sept. 3 mediation in Delaware to sort out the conflict between Market Basket's CEO and board of directors -- and still, there's no news about what's happening behind the scenes.

Neither side of the disagreement has issued an update to indicate there's been movement toward a resolution or other action.

Mediations are confidential, so whatever happens in the meeting are unlikely to be discussed, however both sides have indicated they were hopeful that an agreement will be reached. It's unclear if the meeting only took place last Wednesday or has had additional sessions in the days since.
