A 40-year-old Allentown man -- who was previously convicted of murder after his infant daughter died in 2013 -- has seen his conviction vacated and his sentence reduced after the Lehigh County District Attorney completed a review of his case.

On Monday, Lehigh County DA Gavin Holihan announced that Matthew Wolfe, of Allentown, would be sentenced to four and a half to nine years in prison after pleading no contest to murder charges involved in the death of his two-month-old daughter.

He had initially been sentenced to serve 20 to 40 years in prison.
