Late Monday evening, rescue crews found a body believed to be the paddleboarder who went missing Sunday at Larimer County’s Horsetooth Reservoir, according to a Larimer County Sheriff’s Office news release Tuesday morning.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office said the identity of the paddleboarder and cause of death would be released at a later time.

The paddleboarder went missing in the water near Satanka Cove and Poudre Fire Authority responded to the scene just before 4:15 p.m. Sunday, according to a post on X .
