In April, former Phoenix high school teacher and baseball coach Eric Chapman was indicted on 20 counts of sexual conduct with a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor, both class 2 felonies.

Now, an incident report from the Phoenix Police Department reveals new, disturbing details about his alleged crimes — including that school staff found blood test results in his desk that were positive for a sexually transmitted disease.

Phoenix police arrested Chapman on April 16 and he was indicted by a grand jury later that month.
