In the month after a Hialeah man went missing under suspicious circumstances, authorities have revealed details about what is now being investigated as a homicide case—along with information about the victim's final moments.

But questions still remain about the murder of Daylon Fleitas, including why he was killed and where one of the suspects is now.

Aug. 3: Daylon Fleitas seen for the last time

The victim, 37-year-old Daylon Fleitas, was last seen on Sunday, Aug. 3 in Hialeah.

"He indicated that he would be meting with an acquaintance but never returned home and has not been seen or heard from since," Hialeah police said at the time.
