TRAVERSE CITY, MI – A popular Northern Michigan restaurant has made an exclusive list.
The New York Times released its list of the 50 best restaurants list for 2025 this week and Modern Bird in Traverse City made the cut.
The cozy eatery at 541 W Front Street in the city’s downtown is owned by former Chicago chefs Andy Elliott and Emily Stewart. It opened in 2022 and features vegetables, fruit, fish and livestock from the Grand Traverse Bay region, as well as a variety of wines and spirits.
