TAMPA. Fla. – A 33-year-old Kosovar man has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit access device fraud for leading a sophisticated online criminal marketplace, U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announced.
Liridon Masurica, also known by his online alias “@blackdb,” admitted to operating BlackDB.cc , a dark web marketplace that sold compromised credentials and personal information to cybercriminals.
