Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro defensive tackle Jalen Carter has been suspended one game for a spitting incident involving Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott during the NFL Kickoff Game last Thursday (September 4), NFL Network 's Tom Pelissero reported on Tuesday (September 9).

"The NFL is fining #Eagles DT Jalen Carter one game check of $57,222 for spitting on Dak Prescott in last week’s opener, sources say.
