As Cornwall sits on the edge of summer turning into fall, Cornwall staff members say this season’s road-construction projects are progressing, and on budget.

Four full-road reconstruction projects are on track to see roads paved and sidewalks installed by the end of the year. This includes Third Street, Gloucester Street, Victoria Avenue, and Lawrence Avenue, where underground infrastructure upgrades — including water and wastewater systems — have already been completed.
